  LUIGI MONS. PIASTRELLI  (Perugia, ................... 1878 –   Perugia, ................... 1975) Don Luigi Piastrelli nacque a Perugia nel 1883.  Vicino alla corrente modernista, fu sostenitore del rinnovamento della Chiesa. Fu molto attivo nel sociale ed amico di  Romolo Murri  e di  Giovanni Battista Montini (Papa Paolo VI°). Nel 1955, dette vita all’ attuale Istituto Giancarlo Conestabile della Staffa-Luigi Piastrelli.  Fu parroco a Perugia (S.Agata) per 66 anni, fino alla sua morte nel 1975 . He was born in Perugia in 1883. Close to the modernist current, he was a supporter of the renewal of the Church. He was very active in social affairs and a friend of Romolo Murri and Giovanni Battista Montini (Pope Paul VI).   FRANCESCO CHIESA  ( Montà , 02 Aprile 1874–  Alba , 14 Giugno 1946) Nacque a Montà ( Cuneo ) il 2 aprile 1874; venne ordinato sacerdote l’11 ottobre 1896. Insegnò teologia e filosofia nel seminario di Alba . Dal 1900 fu direttore spirituale del teologo  Giacomo Alberione  e lo consigliò nella fondazione della  Società San Paolo , tanto da esserne considerato il cofondatore. Nel 1913 fu nominato parroco della chiesa dei Ss. Cosma e Damiano in Alba . Morì ad Alba il 14 giugno 1946. La causa per la sua beatificazione fu introdotta il 23 maggio 1975, divenendo venerabile l’8 febbraio 1988 . .
