LUIGI DEFFERRARI ( Noli , ................... 1844 – Buenos Aires , ................... 1928) Nacque a Noli nel 1844. Nel 1860 raggiunge i due fratelli maggiori in Argentina dove erano emigrati e aperto un negozio nella città di Buenos Aires. Dopo alcuni anni di lavoro nel negozio dei fratelli si mette in proprio e si sposta nella Pampa. Da contadino si fece imprenditore, impiantando una grande manifattura laniera. Nel testamento lasciò generose donazioni alla sua città natale. A Noli è ancora intitolato a suo nome un asilo-nido, eretto dalla fondazione costituita secondo suo testamento . He was born in Noli in 1844. In 1860 he joined his two older brothers in Argentina where they had emigrated and opened a shop in the city of Buenos Aires. After a few years of working in his brothers' shop he set up his own business and moved to the Pampa. From a farmer he became an entrepreneur, setting up a large wool factory. In his will he left ...
