Nacque a Cherso il 07 Marzo 1907. Nel 1920 entra in seminario a Camposampiero. Nel 1930 diventa frate e svolge la propria missione prima a Padova e dal 1933 a Milano. Nel 1937 torna a Padova come direttore del giornale Messaggero di Sant'Antonio. Durante la seconda guerra mondiale si impegna attivamente per aiutare sbandati, ebrei e ricercati dal regime nazifascista. Collabora con l'organizzazione partigiana  FRA-MA che aiuta i perseguitati dai nazisti a fuggire. Viene tradito da due infiltrati nell'organizzazione. L'8 ottobre 1944 è arrestato dalla Gestapo e trasferito a Trieste dove, dopo numerose torture, viene probabilmente cremato nella Risiera di San Sabba. Aveva 37 anni. La Chiesa cattolica lo considera Venerabile. Nel 2002 inizia il processo di beatificazione.

He was born in Cres on 7 March 1907. In 1920 he entered the seminary in Camposampiero. In 1930 he became a friar and carried out his mission first in Padua and from 1933 in Milan. In 1937 he returned to Padua as director of the newspaper Messaggero di Sant'Antonio. During the Second World War he was actively involved in helping stragglers, Jews and those wanted by the Nazi-Fascist regime. He collaborates with the partisan organization FRA-MA which helps those persecuted by the Nazis to escape. He is betrayed by two infiltrators into the organization. On 8 October 1944 he was arrested by the Gestapo and transferred to Trieste where, after numerous tortures, he was probably cremated in the San Sabba rice mill. He was 37 years old. The Catholic Church considers him Venerable. The beatification process began in 2002.

En 1937, il revient à Padoue comme directeur du journal Messaggero di Sant'Antonio. Pendant la Seconde Guerre mondiale, il s'est activement impliqué dans l'aide aux traînards, aux Juifs et à ceux recherchés par le régime nazi-fasciste. Il collabore avec l'organisation partisane FRA-MA qui aide les persécutés par les nazis à s'échapper. Il est trahi par deux infiltrés dans l'organisation. Le 8 octobre 1944, il fut arrêté par la Gestapo et transféré à Trieste où, après de nombreux tortures, il fut probablement incinéré dans la rizerie San Sabba. Il avait 37 ans. März 1907 in Cres geboren. 1920 trat er in das Priesterseminar in Camposampiero ein. 1930 wurde er Mönch und übte seine Mission zunächst in Padua und ab 1933 in Mailand aus. 1937 kehrte er als Direktor der Zeitung Messaggero di Sant'Antonio nach Padua zurück. Während des Zweiten Weltkriegs engagierte er sich aktiv für die Hilfe für Nachzügler, Juden und vom nationalsozialistischen Regime Gesuchte. Er arbeitet mit der Partisanenorganisation FRA-MA zusammen, die den von den Nazis Verfolgten bei der Flucht hilft. Er wird von zwei Eindringlingen in die Organisation verraten. Am 8. Oktober 1944 wurde er von der Gestapo verhaftet und nach Triest überstellt, wo er nach zahlreichen Folterungen vermutlich in der Reismühle San Sabba eingeäschert wurde. Er war 37 Jahre alt. Die katholische Kirche hält ihn für ehrwürdig. Der Seligsprechungsprozess begann im Jahr 2002.
